Kansas City Construction Takeoff Services & Aerial Land Surveys

Zach Morehead

Zach was born and raised in Gardner, Kansas, where he attended Gardner Edgerton High School. After graduating, he attended North Central Kansas Technical College where he received his associate’s degree in Diesel Mechanics & Technology. After graduating, he was hired at Dean Machinery as an Equipment Technician, transitioning into a lead semi technician role over his 6 years there. After leaving Dean Machinery, Zach spent the next 2 years running the Olathe rental counter for Foley Equipment. Then took a Regional Sales Representative position selling Trimble® Civil Construction equipment for Sitech Central. After realizing the demand and growth of technology in the construction industry, Zach partnered with Scott and formed Construction Technology Partners, becoming the most trusted provider of 3D earthwork modeling and construction takeoff services in Kansas City. Aerial land surveys and construction drone services can increase your project’s efficiency and safety exponentially. We are here to fill the growing technology gap and collaborate with companies to help them find what technology options will provide the best options for productivity and growth.

Don’t get left behind.

As our industry rapidly grows, the skilled labor shortage increases too. But schedules stay just as tight, and there’s still an expectation of the same quality. The sad truth is, if you don’t keep up, you’re going to be left behind. Construction Technology Partners will help you get the most out of your construction drones, aerial mapping, and GPS land surveying equipment. Kansas City has a booming construction sector. If you want to compete, you’ll need the construction technology to reduce your risk of onsite problems, increase the likelihood of your projects being completed on time and stay competitive.
